A letter, a sign
Just anything
No idea of how long I wait
Or how much I anticipate
I need more
For me there is no doubt
How much longer
Do I wait this out
I lay down my heart
For the taking
I still wait for you
Even though my heart's breaking
There is a time
When it's over and done
